Terms and conditions for private persons outside Sweden
Please do read the terms of conditions very carefully and the descriptions of our products!
Prices and payments
All our prices are in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include VAT . When ordering outside the European Union the VAT is automatically excluded. Shipping cost is normally 97 SEK.
The buyer is responsible for any additional taxes and/or duty fee charges generated by the importing regulations. Depending on your country, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import the ingredients that are listed in our products, according to the cosmetic regulations in your country. We will not be responsible for non-delivered packets held at customs.
Payments can be made by invoice or by credit card/internet via PayPal through a secure connection. When paying by invoice we reserve the right to make a credit check.
When paying by card, we never take part of your card number, as it is handled in the most secure way possible for you as a customer through the card companies.
You must be over 18 years old to order from us.
When you make an order you approve that we register and use your personal information in our business to complete the order with you and provide you with the best service which is necessary for us to contact you if needed.
GL collects and stores the personal information you provide when ordering and registering an account on our website. GL does not wish to receive personal data from children under the age of 18. GL uses your personal information to identify you as a user and to deliver ordered products. For this purpose, your data will be stored and processed, as well as presented to payment partners or suppliers who need the information in order to fulfill their commitments to you as a customer. Your social security number will also be processed in conjunction with purchases as this is required for credit reporting purposes. GL may also use the data for marketing purposes and for internal statistics. GL may share the information with its service providers as well as when required by law, government regulations, court decisions and the like. GL protects your personal privacy and will not disclose or sell your personal information to any other third party.
You are entitled to be informed of the processing of your personal data and the purpose of the treatment. You also have the right to request correction of incorrect personal information or to require that your personal data be deleted. A written application for such information, rectification or deletion is sent to email@example.com. No personal data is stored longer than is necessary. You can delete your account yourself or contact us and we will delete your account for you.
A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer. Cookies are used on many websites to allow a visitor access to different features. The information in the cookie is possible to use to follow a user’s browsing of web pages using the same cookies. There are two types of cookies. One type saves a file for a long time on your computer. This type of cookie has an expiration date. For example, it uses features that tell you what’s new since the user last visited the current site. The other type of cookies is called session cookies and lacks expiration date. While you are browsing a page, this cookie is temporarily stored in your computer’s memory, for example, to keep track of which language you have chosen. Session cookies are not stored on your computer for a long time, but disappear when you close your browser. GL uses session cookies to store selected language, to store articles in the cart, and to measure how users interact with website content.
If you do not want to accept cookies, your browser can be set so that you automatically deny cookies storage or inform each time a site requests a cookie to be stored. Through the browser, previously stored cookies can also be deleted. Visit your browser’s help pages for more information. Refusing to store cookies means that the functionality of the site may be limited.
All the orders will be prepared and shipped as fast as we can. We usually send your order within 1-2 business days after order if the items are in stock. Otherwise we will contact you by e-mail
In normal conditions, regular parcels will take 5-6 days within Europe and 10-14 days for the rest of the world to reach its final destination. We are not able to offer you tracking numbers for international parcels.
We reserve ourselves for the final sale of a product. If the item is not in stock, we will get back to you with an estimated delivery time by e-mail.
GL is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that GL could not overcome including but not limited to war, natural disaster, power failure, technical issues, fire, strike, changed government regulations. These circumstances shall discharge GL from its obligations and will not incur sanctions for its non-performance of a given obligation.
If such a situation occurs, GL will inform you at the beginning and at the end of the current situation. If a Force Majeure condition persists for more than two months, both you and GL have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
Returns, complaints and exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. A product can only be reclaimed if a manufacturing defect has occurred. Please submit a claim within 14 days after received order and we will contact you to agree on an appropriate solution.
If there is a problem, please contact our customer service within 14 days after you have received your order, at least 50% of the contents of the product must remain. Please specify your order number and a brief description of the problem (Error or missing items). If we come to the conclusion that we are responsible for a mistake, we will contact you with options for replacement.
You pay the shipping cost returning to us.
If you have a wrong delivery, we will of course return it free of charge.
As soon as the staff has analyzed the goods and found the error, the money for the return shipment is refunded and a new faultless product is shipped freely.
If the shipment is damaged, it is the distributor of the package that needs to be contacted.
Complaints must be returned to the following address, or sent as a letter or package.
